Here at Collingua we’re passionate about providing authentic, real-world language learning material for English students.
Developing comprehension skills prepares students to communicate in English and increases confidence, however, finding native or advanced speakers to practise with can be difficult.

(English teacher trainer)
"I first came across Collingua on a Facebook forum where it was being promoted and the thing that struck me most heavily about the platform was that it seemed to be providing students with access to authentic varieties of English in a way that traditional coursebooks do not. I am well aware that one of the key ingredients to learning a language is access to comprehensible input (a term coined by Stephen Krashen, and reiterated Michael Lewis in The Lexical Approach) and my biggest frustration with language teaching courses is the over reliance on coursebook materials"

"Collingua has been awesome for our staff because it has helped them with the checking in process and also other questions that tourists have about the area. It's practical and a fun way to study English!"
