So lessons I’ve learnt from this job, there’ve been numerous lessons. I think it’s something especially if you’re working for a Startup I think lessons are part of your trade. It’s something you have to, you learn to roll with the punches to always reflect on your journey and alter your strategy going forward. So I think the lesson there is actually that the lessons don’t stop, you’re always learning more lessons. And I think slightly more specific lessons I’ve learnt rather than just broad startup philosophy have been that there in my industry when we’re talking to a lot of people who are at the forefront of change and there is awareness that the old school or old style of leadership in terms of people having a slightly kind of authoritarian method of telling people what to do and having a very strict hierarchy is being seriously questioned and I think especially with the new millennial generation now with technology the way we use knowledge and we communicate with each other including management structures is being disrupted and it’s really fun to be a part of an industry which is at the core of that change.
